DSC_0341 New Haven, CT — The Connecticut Carwash Association (CCA) gathered at Carmine’s Ristorante here, December 3, for a festive Holiday Gathering. The annual event, which attracted nearly 40, has been a long-standing CCA tradition. “This is one of my favorite holiday traditions,” said Board Member Frank Gaglio, who spearheaded the dinner. “It’s a great kickoff to the holidays with a close knit group of people who are like family.”

The authentic Tuscan Grill, bejeweled with holiday decorations, served up a spectacular dinner for attendees from across the state that included traditional Italian specialties. CCA President, Bob Rossini, of Torrington Carwash, welcomed the group, encouraged their continued support of the association and wished all in attendance a great 2016.DSC_0359

Association Lobbyist P.J. Cimini updated attendees on the efforts of the board to win the repeal of the recent sales tax on carwashes. He asked all in attendance to step up and support the board’s initiative.

Rounding out the evening, President Rossini put on a Santa’s hat and handed out some holiday gifts to a number of lucky winners. “There’s nothing like getting together with these guys to enjoy a great meal and some fun,” said Rossini. “That’s what the holidays are all about.”
