DEEP chose not to renew the General Permit for the Discharge of Vehicle Maintenance Wastewater (Vehicle Maintenance GP) which expired January 23, 2021. The Vehicle Maintenance GP was consolidated into the General Permit for Discharges from Miscellaneous Industrial Users (MIU GP) that became effective October 31, 2020.
