Connecticut Carwashers,
The CCA board asks that all carwash operators in Connecticut help us contact Legislators across the state to alert them to our objection to the newly imposed sales tax on carwashes.
We have attached a statement from the association and a list of reasons why this tax SHOULD NOT be imposed. Please reach out via email and support our efforts to win the repeal of this tax. You can get the email of your district’s Legislator at www.cga.ct.gov
Please also make copies of the attached petition and ask your customers to sign it. We will compile the petitions and present them at the Capitol. This information will also be available via a future eblast.
Together we can win this repeal and let our voice be heard, but we need every operator to participate!!!
